Kenneth Bell was preparing program to bring the plight of grape strikers to local attention (silent film).

Segment 1: Expedition of 37 scientists flying in plane outfitted at Moffett Field say comet Ikeya-Seki may not produce a spectacle in sky (silent film);
Segment 2: Interview with San Jose State College senior Harold Michelson who is under military arrest at Ford Ord and threatens hunger strike (sound film);
Segment 3: Harold Michelson seen with military police, walking to USA Reception Station at Ford Ord; other Vietnam recruits seen walking (silent film).
